Recipe 1: Beyond Spaghetti Bolognese
Ingredients
- Crushed Tomatoes (793.8g)
- Spaghetti (454g)
- Celery (40g)
- White Wine (100g)
- Minced Onion (70g)
- Beyond beef (454g)
- Carrot (60g)
- Olive Oil (30g)
- Garlic Cloves (20g)
- Salt (6g)
- Ground Black Pepper (1g)
- Italian Seasoning(5g)

Step
- Fine dice 1 medium yellow onion and 1 medium celery stalk
- Peel and finely dice 1 medium carrot, and mince 2 garlic cloves
- Heat 2 tbsp olive oil over medium heat until shimmering
- Add the vegetables and garlic and cook
- Stirring occasionally until it softened, around 6-8 mins
- Add 1 pound Beyond Beef, 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- And 1 teaspoon kosher salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Cook 6-8mins until lightly browned liquid is released
- Pour in 1/2 cup dry white wine and simmer around 1min
- Add crushed tomatoes and their juices
- Bring the sauce to a simmer
- And the flavors are developed about 15 minutes

Recipe 2: Creamy OmniPork & Mushroom Puff Pastry
Ingredients
- OmniPork (defrosted) (115g)
- Puff Pastry (defrosted) 2 pcs
- Diced White Button Mushroom (100g)
- Diced Chestnut Mushroom(100g)
- 1/2pc Chopped Onion (55g)
- Minced Garlic (9g)
- 3 tbsps Daiya Mozzarella Shreds(20g)
- 1 tsp Thyme (5g)
- 2 tbsps Olive Oil (30ml)
- 1 tbsp Califia Oat Barista Blend (15ml)
- Califia Oat Barista Blend (240ml)
- 2 tsps Califia Plant Butter (10g)
- 2 tsps All Purpose Flour (18g)

Step

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and stir-fry garlic over medium heat until aromatic
- Then, stir in onion until softened
- Add button mushroom and chestnut mushroom and stir-fry for 3 mins
- Stir in OmniPork until they become meat crumbles
- Heat another pan over low heat and melt plant butter
- Stir in flour and whisk until thickens (roux)
- Pour in 240ml Califia oat milk and bring it to a boil over medium heat

Add OmniPork mixture, Daiya cheese & thyme. Cook to desired thickness

Unfold pastry sheet and roll into a 12-inch square. Cut into about 20 pcs
- Press each square into a mini muffin pan cup
- Spoon about 1 tbsp of OmniPork filling into each cup
- Brush Califia oat milk on top
- Bake in the oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes until golden brown

Recipe 3: Vegan Turmeric Oatmilk Latte
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 16 cardamom pods, lightly crushed
- 1 tsp whole cloves
- 1 pc fresh ginger, thinly sliced
- 1/2 tsp black peppercorns
- 1 whole nutmeg, roughly cracked
- 2 tbsps black tea leaves
- 4 shots espresso / 4 oz cold brew
- 1⅓ cups Oat Barista Blend

Step
- In a medium saucepan combine 3 cups water
- Add sugar, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, ginger, peppercorns and nutmeg
- Bring to a boil, cover & take off heat, then steep for 20mins
- Put saucepan back on heat
- Bring back to a boil
- Add tea, take off heat, and steep 2mins
- Strain tea mixture and let it cool completely
- Pour tea over ice in 4 tall glasses
- Add 1 shot espresso (or 1 ounce coffee) to each glass,
- Then top each with ⅓ cup oatmilk
