Refund Policy (退款政策):
If products are accepted at delivery, FB Solution won’t refund for defrosting issue since the products must be checked upon delivery (客人須在收貨前檢查產品, 若貨品被接收後, 任何退款要求恕不接受。)
If products have quality issue after delivery (during baking etc…), a sales team member will get in touch with the client and follow up the complaint, refund might be processed if justified. (假若運送後有任何產品質素問題 (如在烘焙時等), FB Solution在收到投訴後與客人跟進。如投訴成立, 相關退款或會被安排。)
