I agree to the order charge for the Sustainable Packaging Order and ensure the accuracy of the order; The Sustainable Packaging Order may be cancelled prior to its delivery subject to our sole discretion and subject to an administrative fee. To cancel an order, please contact us via our in-app "Help & Support” chat feature. foodpanda reserves the right to charge you for any additional expenses incurred by us as a result of your failure to take delivery of the Sustainable Packaging Orders or any inaccurate information in your order. foodpanda reserves the right to amend the Sustainable Packaging Order charges without further notice.

By submitting the order, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

If the amount of Sustainable Packaging products ordered by the restaurant exceeds the restaurant’s monthly profits from foodpanda orders, foodpanda may issue a separate invoice to settle the payment for those Sustainable Packaging orders.

我同意支付訂單費用並確保訂購資料之準確。 環保包裝訂單可以在送出前取消，惟本公司擁有全權酌情決定權並有權收取行政費。若要取消訂單，請透過應用程式內的即時對話功能與我們聯絡。 foodpanda有權收取因資料不足、不準確或未能交付而導致我們承擔的額外費用。

foodpanda 有權就環保包裝訂單收費作出任何修改，恕不另行通知。 提交訂單後，即被視為同意接受本銷售條款並受其約束。如條款及細則的中英文版本不一致，應以英文版本為准。我們將保留接受或拒絕閣下訂單的一切最終決定的權利。 如有任何爭議，foodpanda擁有對環保包裝訂單有關的所有事項之最終決定權。

如果餐廳訂購的環保包裝產品金額超出餐廳每月盈利，foodpanda 或會額外發票收取環保包裝訂單的款項 。
