An organic parmesan cheese aged for a minimum of 24 months by Montanari & Gruzza, a family-run business situated in the luscious mountains of Monchio Delle Olle in northern Italy. They breed their own organically raised cows. The cheese has an intense perfume, with strong grassy hints and a delicate aftertaste of sweet, freshly squeezed milk.
